Quotes and bookings
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us, including any video survey. A quote becomes a booking once you confirm a date and we accept it.
Fixed prices
We provide a fixed price in writing. As long as the job matches what we agreed, the price does not change. If your requirements change, we will re-quote before doing any extra work.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure items are packed and ready as agreed, that access and parking are available, and that you have told us about anything fragile, heavy or valuable in advance.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed in writing when you book.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing when you book. Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change.
Liability
Details of our liability are confirmed in writing before you book. We recommend keeping valuables with you on moving day.
