Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved in your move and details of what you are moving.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, arrange your move and stay in touch about your booking. We do not sell your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to provide our service and meet our legal obligations. Quote requests and messages sent through this website are deleted after 12 months. If you book a move, we keep the booking and invoice records for as long as UK tax law requires.
